What are quotes?
Flocale introduces customers to professionals through quotes. A quote is a response to a customer request and it typically includes a personalized message and an idea of price for the service.
What happens after I send my quote?
After you submit your quote, the customer receives an email informing them that you have sent a quote and they have the option to view your quote. The customer may choose to call, email, or message any of the professionals who have sent a quote. You can also send a follow-up message to the customer by opening up the quote and creating a new message.
